Grease wheel 3D printed in PLA. The hole is turned to a finer size in order to place a grease cartridge that will lubricate the ring gear. The fat comes out of the small holes and spreads evenly.

We delivered 30 of these to Vard Søvik

KD Norway has an assembly line that is out of production, so it is difficult to get hold of new parts.

They came to us with a broken pad. We designed a new part in 3D, and 3D printed it.

Materials: High temp nylon (Very similar to POM). Tolerates various chemicals and high temperature.

Has delivered a large number of these over several years to KD Norway

Vard Søvik was missing some parts that they couldn't get hold of. We designed and 3D printed the part for them.

Received these pipe clamps from Nogva. Two sizes. They are originally supplied in brass and are mounted on the outside of the boat to hold cooling pipes in place.

We changed the design a bit for better strength, 3D printed them, and tested them in our own test rig.

We supplied 100 large sets and 100 smaller sets of these pipe clamps.

This was ready for replacement, but there was a long delivery time and a high price to replace it. (Image 1)

We offered to 3d print a new one for them. The part was drawn in 3D, 3D printed in 2 different materials that satisfied the requirements the part should have.

The part was designed, produced in two different materials and delivered after 2 days.

We received an inquiry from Seagems Norway on Ellingsøy. They are involved in the production of seafood and powder and wondered if we could make a tool for making stock cubes.

The part was designed and 3D printed by us.

This is a gasket for the rear light of a vintage Cadillac car.

We received an inquiry from a private person who deals with vintage cars if we could 3D print a new rubber gasket. We received a broken seal which we drew in 3D and 3D printed

Material: Ninjatek ninjaflex (TPU)

We can also 3D print with wood filament. This is a footrest (adjustment screw not included in picture) which is mounted under a cabinet. The part is just an example and not something we have delivered to any customers.

Robotek has supplied parts for an electric racing car that Revolve NTNU develops and produces. This is a project that runs from the start to the end of the school year, and has been going on since 2016. There is competition with a driver and autonomously (without a driver).

Material: PC/ABS which is flame retardant, i.e. self-extinguishing after 10 seconds
